Update #3

S By Shawn

I am thrilled, both Cilantro pods germinated and the chives are sprouting. Hopefully the parsley is not too far behind. I do not see anything in the pods yet. I will give it a few more days then I may add another seed or two.

Nothing on the Parsley. I will replant if still nothing this time next week (if not before).

Shawn

Looked in each pod and they are deader then a door nail.. so I will place two new pods with more seeds.

S
Sher

Awww. What a disappointment. Sorry.

One of the two cilantro was pilled. It was browning. I think I let too may stay in the pod. I should have snipped one. I will be planting more Cilantro and Parsley (which I never did do).

I ended this project. I was able to harvest a gallon ziploc baggie of Cilantro. So now I have two gallons+ of cilantro in hand and a sandwich baggie full of chopped chives. It has been cleaned for a new project.

Looks great! I see this is one of the newer models of Bounty? How are you liking it? I have been tempted to buy the Bounty Basic...but I keep thinking do I REALLY need it?! I really wanted to buy them when they were $175 ish, but was travelling during that time and would not have wanted it sitting outside my door for weeks...

S
Shawn

I like the new models.

I love how you show your diagrams. I am finishing the lettuce in my Bounty and will replace it with herbs later this week. I bought a 7 pod kit and may not plant the mint so it doesn't get too crowded.

S
Shawn

Thanks. I have some blank templates I can share if you tell me the machine you have.

S
Sher

I have the old 40 watt Bounty.

S
Shawn

I think the old Bountys are 45W. I know the Harvests are 20W and there was one that was 25W. The Extra and Ultra were 35W. The NEW Bounty's are as follows: Bounty Basic: 30W Bounty: 40W Bounty Elite: 50W

S
Sher

Sorry. Yes, mine is 45 watt. It has 5 holes in the back and four in the front.
