That rosemary is gorgeous!

it got burned when it grew too close to the light, but I trimmed it and it grew back perfect again.

What are you doing with all of that? It looks terrific.

B

Freezing it. Might make herb stock and freeze it into ice cubes.

M

I've done that with olive oil before. A bit messy later, but effective. The flavor is terrific.

When it's frozen wrapped in paper towels it shrivels up. I may scatter it on a cookie sheet and dry it out in a low oven.

March 15th, 2023The rosemary garden grew a bit too high and started to burn in the lights, so I trimmed it way back. It'll come back better.animationresources.org/stuff/031523rosemary.jpg

Beautiful rosemary! Aerogarden could use your photo in a promotion! Rosemary is wonderful on pork chops--that's how we used the clippings from our big outdoor plant (now removed). It grew to 5' high, because I didn't know you weren't supposed to give rosemary a lot of water.

They are looking really good. I just love it with hot Italian sausage, Rotini Pasta, Feta cheese, and a blended Chipotle salsa. Dang, that sounds really good, now!

I sous vide chicken with orange juice, apple cider vinegar, rosemary and thyme. It infuses into the meat.

PlantingStarted a Harvest Elite with rosemary pods.

B By bigshot

October 11, 2012Started a Harvest Elite with rosemary. I have enough rosemary pods on order to fill all the holes. If any don't thrive, I'll pull them to make room for the strong ones.

I'm kind of wondering if you got a couple of pictures mixed up?

B

ah! the picture is right. the 360 has the thyme in it. The harvest elite has the rosemary. I fixed it in the description.Just a tiny bit of action deep down in two of the pods. Rosemary is a slow grower.

B

I've got a bushy little rosemary sprout now. Almost ready to take the grow dome off.

Sometimes it's almost maddening waiting for the seedlings to top the label.
