These have been transplanted outside in pots. I will get a picture later as it is raining at the moment which is good for them. Anyway, I was going to add nutes to them and when I moved a few leaves out of the way I saw some gnats. Well the plant had several of them that I killed and some still flying. I took them out and planted them outside. I have my second Bug Zap Machine at my desk now catching any leftovers. How did they get in? Reaper was here. Left the deck door opened about an inch for over an hour. I had no clue as I was in the kitchen cooking. But when I went to find her I noticed the door was not shut. So that is one possibility. The other one is she was walking in the yard in an area that is near the shed and she was picking weeds and they could have come in with her. I usually never have bugs in my gardens as I am so careful.

On the bright side, there is nothing more beautiful than potted blooming impatiens. That's what I wanted to do with mine. Looking forward to pictures.

I wanted to take a nice picture of my impatiens. Well it appears something got to them and plucked most of the flowers off. They were sitting on the tables I had the pots on. I will have to clean them up and hopefully the buds that are there will bloom without incident and I will get a picture. Maybe I will take one of the destruction the animal did.

S
Sher

I would like to see one of the ones the animals got, just out of curiosity.

Oh no! I wonder if it was a bunny? 🐰

S
Shawn

Not a bunny. I do not think they could jump that high. But I could be wrong. Maybe squirrels? or birds?

S
Shawn

I will take a pic.

They look nice to me! If you have the packet close to hand, what does the seed packet say about the days to maturity?

S
Shawn

I will look and let you know but I need coffee first LOL...

I hope a get a nice array of color

At least one of the two seeds in each pod (except one) is up. The 6th pod has green inside but I may need to put another seed in there as I do not know if it will come up or not.
