Those are really full and pretty. If it were mine, I would just clear some leavesthat are cascading over the deck. But I love a full bushy plant. I only cut them back when they grow tall and start to get lanky. i think it is a matter of taste because I see them being sold both bushy and tall and lanky in pots.

Ok, I did remove some over hanging leaves. Boy there were a lot in the back. Today was also R&R day. And I was to find the bowl FILLED with roots. They received a haircut. The roots were not only blocking the pump filter but also over the pipe the water flows out of into the ports in the deck. While at it I trimmed out some older looking leaves so the new sprouts have some air to grow. Lastly I turned the pods so and now it has a white, pink, white, red, white/pink flow.

YIKES. I had trimmed these the other day along with some of the roots. Today I look and they grew so much. I will be moving these to another Harvest and that will go into my family room. I want this machine for the Flower GAL that stays on my desk. OR I can always buy a new one LOL.... I have plenty units here that can be used so It will be moved.

This project is still going and looking great. I just transferred all the plants to my other Harvest. I am deep cleaning the one it was in so it will be ready for the New Year's GAL.

@cornne , any idea why the leaves might be curling up? I am only adding 4ml of nutes. LOL The red looks out of place. But in the front right corner will be the red and white mixed together. Next year I will plant the 2nd set of seeds as I know they show up red I thought I planted more red Oh well still pretty for Christmas/

PlantingAdded new seeds to weak pods and restarted one failed pod with a fresh sponge.
I added some of the new seeds to pods. I do not know what color is where. But you can see new ones coming up and the one pod I had to remove and start fresh as it was no good and all green. Nothing ever took in that sponge for some reason. Regardless I am liking this project so far.

Nice. You kept the pink in ther, I see. I soil potted mine and they are doing well. The red/white AG replant is still to all pop over the circular cover.not ready for a Christmas Project this year, I am afraid..mea culpa, but then..Christmas goes into January ,actually ending with El Dia De Los Tres Reyes, also known as the Feast of the Epiphany January 6. So we may be in time to have our Red and Whites, Shawn!

PlantingReplanted the two pods that had shown no growth.
I checked again and a 4th pod has emerged. So I replanted the two that had nothing in it at all. Here is a shot of the all white pod I planted. Umm I think I mixed up seeds LOL. I kinda dropped a seed or three and I obviously put it in the wrong spot. That is ok.

note: my project has the same pink coloring.these shared seeds were to be deep red and white. However, the vendor sent the wrong colors and a full refund was provided because the colors were not true. Rather than red and white they are coming up as different shades of pink splash. Corinne Needless to say I won;t be buying from this seed vendor again. mea culpa. mea maxima culpa

Lets see if the seeds you will receive in a few days come out as pictured. I might place one of each color if two different pods to see how they grow.

I am also switching machines to a lower wattage light.

I addedd a few of the new seeds into the pods that were not growing. At this point I do not know where the red or whites are LOL.

I th ink pods or seeds got mixed up from my layout anyway, I have three sets of pods with leaves and some more are growing in the others. So far so good. Here is one of the two plants that show red

I have one white one and three pods with nothing happening I may place another seed on those.

Hmmm. If they’re from the same seed packet I think I would try placing another seed as well. But, I’ve never grown these so do not know. It could be that different colors pop at different times? I dunno. What do you think you’ll do?
