It's pretty, though!

That's what I thought, too, lynnee. It reminded me of some of my tiny wildflowers.

It is amazing how fat and prolific bok choy gets when you limit it to 2 per Harvest!

Update #3

Actions taken

PruningReduced the crowded planting to two plants per Harvest.
HarvestAte the two removed plants.

S By Sher

The bok choy was too crowded to grow the way I like to eat it in a Harvest. So I thinned them to two plants per Harvest (and ate the two runts). Now they are producing the bigger leaves that I dearly love to graze on.

I love that second picture of your bok choy, Sher. They look so healthy and vibrant! Very pretty plants.

S
Sher

Thank you! They are my very favorite plant to snack on, and they just keep growing and growing new leaves to replace the ones I take.

Update #2

S By Sher

The bok choy is coming along. Unfortunately, it will stay small in the Harvest. Plant lights are really bothering my eyes, so I have decided not to move them into Kratky.

I'm not sure where I will put the bok choy when it starts getting big. But I will make places for them! They looked hungry, so I added a little more nutrients.
