I can not remember which is which because I moved them LOL But Broccoli and spicy greens (not necessarily in that order)

I think that broccoli have big leaves. It's fascinating, how well the microgreens do on that shredded mat!

I have no clue. It just says grow medium micro mat. This is the kit I bought
