Yes, sort of! It is the rack that is upside down. The "lid" is a tray I bought from the restaurant supply store, formerly Cash & Carry or Smart & Final, or one of an assortment of other names, and now call U.S. Foods Chef's Store. It works well so I can separate and trim up the roots for the plants in my AG Farms. And it was not expensive!Turns out, it works for the AG Sprout too. The AG Bounty has a built in support, so it isn't needed. That's all the different AGs I have.

Thanks & me too! I'm making lasagna to share on Wednesday night. I've made Homemade Crunch Bars and Deluxe Whipped Jello. I've got Burrito meat that will be in the freezer until needed. Everything else will be made on-site. I'll be on duty again on Friday, so, I'm making Crock Pot Santa Fe Chicken...thank you, Shawn! We share cooking duties. It is fun and no one goes hungry!

Thanks & it is & was! I model it after a Fiesta Taco from Tilly's in Santa Monica. Not sure if they are still around, but the Fiesta Taco was a favorite of ours. When we moved to the PNW, I had to learn to make a lot of things that we cannot get up here. It actually makes life easier, in a lot of ways...LOL. I start with the shell, then a layer of fat free refried beans (or similar), then a layer of Rice Cooker Spanish Rice, then a seasoned/cooked meat of your choice (I usually use chicken), then your greens, chopped tomatoes, any other veggie of choice, shredded cheddar, guac, sour cream, and ta-da! I great meal!

Camping is our way of vacationing with the whole family! We were attracted to it because the dogs could come with us...back then, there were very few hotels and/or motels that would allow pets. Both Stanley and Cadie learned about camping from their start with us! That was their "first" new home...LOL. Cadie loved it from the start. We set her down and she walked over to Stanley, gave him a play bow & started running. He followed, but the furniture went flying as she was only 5 pounds and could run under things that he just didn't fit anymore. LOL. Now, Stanley, he loved the RV until he woke up and realized he didn't have his littermates anymore. And that boy has a set of lungs! He cried the entire 4 hour trip to get home. Ugh! But he loves it now. He just had to learn to love it.

Generally, we go out for about 10 days a month. We like to start in March and go thru September. Sometimes later. Many of our trips are to State parks and they limit the stay to 10 days during the warmer months, so that's what we do. This year, we're waiting for Mikey to have a couple of procedures. Getting closer. He's having an ultra sound on Friday and sounds like the next procedure will be thru OSU, as they have a specialty team there and the VA's team is booked for months out.
