I trimmed a few newer leaves from the Jaloro as well as the other two largest leaves. I also topped the M.

I have NO clue what happened but I terminated this garden and will start fresh. The Jaloro was drying us and the M was getting spots on the leaves,

mike , it has grown. I know it is only a couple days and I can wait longer if needed. Here is a Picture with and without arrows. What do you suggest, do not cut or cut at A, B or C? Or somewhere else? I appreciate your help! Also is a picture of both plants together

Shawn, that's got a pretty sturdy base. I think I'd leave it alone. It has a natural split. You may want to clear a couple of the newer leaves on the upper left, but it looks good.

mike , I need your assistance. This is my Jaloro Pepper. This pepper is said to grow 18" to 24". I want to make sure I remember what I learned from you. It has been a while since I had a full plant growing LOL The first picture, that is a full shot. However looking at the second one, shoyld I cut where the arrow is or just snip out the two new sprouts where the rectangle is? Thank you in advance. Anyone else want to comment, yours are welcome as well

When I “FIM’ed” following that YouTube video I posted, I snipped where the circle is. It definitely made my two Sweet Heats bushier and (unnecessarily) shorter. Continuing to prune according to that video helped that along. Sweet Heats obviously don’t need it but I’ll be trying it again with some other plants that may.

I think I'd snip at the arrow, but not for a couple more days. But either location will work.

I think the Jaloro wants more Mooch. Leaves are "ruffled" but I need to check as the leaves may just be like that.

My Jalapeno M has not germinated as of yet. I will give it a few more days and if nothing I will plant a pod with new seeds. The Jaloro is doing well.

Today I am planting the following: Machine: Bounty Sponge: Park Vendor: ChilePlants Seeds per Pod: 2 Nutes: AG 6ml to begin Both are Jalapenos that grow the same sizes in height and in peppers sizes. Differences, one is from Texas and one is from Mexico. One ripens from green to red while the other is yellow to orange to red. Jaloro: Jalapeno; 2 to 3 inches long by 1 to 1.5 inches wide; thick flesh; matures from pale yellow to orange to red; pendant pods; green leaves; 18 to 24 inches tall; Early Season (60-70 days); Uses: Fresh Salsas, Mexican Cuisine, Canning/Processing; from USA- Texas; resistant to 6 viruses. Jalapeno M: Jalapeno; 2 to 3 inches long by 1 to 1.5 inches wide; thick flesh; matures from green to red; pendant pods; green leaves; 18 to 24 inches tall; Mid Season (70-80 days); Uses: Fresh Salsas, Mexican Cuisine, Pickling, Canning/Processing; from Mexico.
