Oh No, Is it still under warranty? Did you replace the pump?
I have replacement pumps on hand but didn't replace it yet because I haven't yet determined if it just might've been stuck on a funny watering timing cycle. Like maybe it never made it out of germination mode, or something. I only unplugged it and left it down below where I can't easily get to it. But Shawn you bring up a good point that I should check to see if it's still under warranty.
Also make sure it is not clogged up like mine was. Once cleaned it worked again.
Since we are on the topic of pumps that are doing poorly, I thought I would mention something that I found which saved me a lot of aggravation:If you find that the water is not coming through all the pod wells to dampen the sponge,turn your pump dial up higher than the factory setting of '2', then make sure your cover is on securely, . That will give it bit more oomph.

Yay! I have been inspired many times by Mary to grow choy.
Sad thing is I let my last choy garden get too old. It seemed to turn on me so fast. So that one I had to toss and not harvest any. But onward and upward!
