Sweet Heat and Diamond Pepper Garden

As I mentioned earlier these two were neglected and I would have had a better harvest (although have had many peppers picked already) if it were not. So after all these ripen I will start anew. In the meantime, here are the Sweet Heats and the Diamonds. Excuse the dirty deck...

So I picked my first ripe pepper. It was SOOOO good and sweet. No heat at all.

I have picked so many heats already and these are just waiting to ripen to munch on. Then you will see the Diamonds ripening as well.

Both plants have way more peppers then the pictures show. You can see some red peaking out from the Sweets and I am just waiting for the Diamonds to start to change colors.

Excuse the mess. I am unable to keep the decks clean as I want with my having to roll around on my knee scooter.

Growing nicely. Sweets have a lot of flowers and peppers within the green. The Diamonds are loaded with tiny buds getting ready to flower.

I removed at least 6 large leaves from each plant a few days ago. These are what they look like this morning. What a difference a week (and Mooch) make.

These are growing wonderfully

Both looking nice and healthy. All the dark color on the leaves went away on their own.

I was happily surprised to see that these two plants are doing so well. But the surprising part is that the purpling that had me concerned is going away. If you look back at the previous pictures to this one you can see the leaves are just about all green now.

While both of the plants Cotyledons have that deep purplish color on them the centers of both are coming in a nice bright green. Keeping that they stay this way.

I am a little worried about these both. The beginner leaves have a light darkish color to them. Both are fresh seeds from two different vendors. The Bounty was cleaned and rinsed a LOT before planting. I did a dump of water three days ago and did not add nutes (until today). I did read the following, it may or may not be this: It is called "purpleing" and is primarily a nutrient uptake problem due to their young age and immature or stressed roots.At this stage of growth the plants have not yet developed the fibrous feeder roots they need. They only have what are called "water roots" (tap roots) so they are totally cotyledon-dependent for nutrients. If they are kept too moist those roots are stressed and the plant begins to develop what appears to be a phosphorous deficiency - thus the discoloring. Also looked around and many said they have had this on their peppers. I never saw it on any of my Sweet Heats tho mike , do you know if this can happen? I have never had it before. It may be ok or maybe from the air fluctuation from this weather? Any thoughts? I tend not to this a diseases as it is both. Should I just start over with a newly cleaned machine? Should I let them grow and see what the true leaves are like? Any help much appreciated. EDITED TO ADD: I have viewed a ton of pepper plant diease pictures and did not see this one

Both are up. Both seeds in each pod germinated (even tho you can only see one Diamond). I will update again when much more happens
