Letpot LPH-Max water level stuck at full

hey guys so i just set up my letpot lph-max 21 pods (https://www.mysmartgarden.net/letpot/model/lph-max-21-pods/) and i think something is wrong with the sensor. it always says the tank is full even when i know its getting empty. it has been like this since day one so i never saw it working properly. do u think i might have installed something wrong during assembly or is it just a faulty unit? any tips?
